Duties of Authors

Editors evaluate manuscripts solely based on their academic merit, intellectual content, and relevance to the journal's scope, without regard to the authors' race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy. Editors maintain complete confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts.

Duties of Reviewers

Peer reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions through objective evaluations. Reviewers must treat manuscripts as confidential documents, maintain professional courtesy, and declare any conflicts of interest regarding the research or authors.
