PUBLICATION ETHICS

Authors are required to present accurate, objective, and original research results. Submitted manuscripts must be original works, have not been previously published, and must not be under consideration by another journal. Authors must properly acknowledge all sources through appropriate citation practices.

Editors are responsible for maintaining the quality of the editorial process, ensuring fair and confidential peer review, and making publication decisions solely based on the scientific merit of the manuscript without discrimination.

Reviewers are expected to evaluate manuscripts objectively, constructively, and within the designated review period. They must maintain confidentiality and must not use any unpublished information for personal advantage.

All submitted manuscripts are subject to similarity checking. Articles identified as containing plagiarism or exceeding the journal’s similarity threshold may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected based on editorial evaluation.

Authors are not permitted to submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously. Manuscripts identified as duplicate or redundant publications will be rejected.

Authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the objectivity of the publication process.

If significant errors or ethical violations are identified after publication, the journal reserves the right to issue corrections, clarifications, or retract the article in accordance with editorial procedures.
