The Effectiveness of the Tourism Method on the Motivation of Learning PJOK Class V SDIT Andalusia

Abstract
The background of this study is fifth grade students who are getting bored following learning in class so that they lack motivation and participation when learning in class. As well as the lack of facilities and infrastructure at school. The objectives in this study are: 1) To find out whether it is true that the tour work method can increase student learning motivation in class V PJOK learning at SDIT Andalusia, 2) To find out the difference in the level of learning motivation in students before taking part in learning the tour work method with after taking part in learning the tour work method in fifth grade PJOK learning at SDIT Andalusia. The method used in this research is mixed methods. This research is a research step by combining two pre-existing forms of research, namely qualitative research and quantitative research. With 26 students, 16 boys and 10 girls. While the implementation of the tour work method will be carried out at the old MTQ field tourist attractions (Athletics), Legend Swimming Pool (water activities), Car Free Day (rhythmic gymnastics). The research time was carried out in the even semester 2024/2025. The instruments in this study used by researchers as data collection tools are observation sheets, interview guidelines, questionnaires and documentation. The results after the author conducted the assessment, namely (1) The application of the tour work method in learning PJOK shows that students feel happy to follow PJOK learning by 81% increasing their motivation. Based on 83% intrinsic motivation and 79% extrinsic motivation (2) There are differences in the increase in learning motivation before and after using the field trip method at SDIT Andalusia, as evidenced by a significant increase in learning motivation using the field trip method from the hypothesis testing results using SPSS data: Intrinsic: Sig. = 0.000 (< 0.05) Extrinsic: Sig. = 0.000 (< 0.05), thus the data H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which can be stated as effective data.
