Abstract

This study aims to create a video tutorial-based learning media for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) subjects at MIN 3 Tebo. In addition, this study will also test whether the media is valid, practical, and effective in supporting the learning process. Fifth-grade students of MIN 3 Tebo, ICT teachers, and expert validators are the subjects of the study. The research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study indicate that this type of video tutorial-based learning media is very useful. Based on the validity test of material experts, which obtained a percentage of 83.33%, and the practicality test of media experts, which obtained an average percentage of 93.18%, and the practicality test of teachers, which obtained an average percentage of 90.625%, and the student test, which obtained an average percentage of 90.18%. In addition, the effectiveness test conducted with a one-group pretest-posttest design showed that student learning outcomes in the medium to high categories had increased. Thus, it can be concluded that the video tutorial-based learning media created is feasible, practical, and effective for use in ICT learning at MIN 3 Tebo. This media improves students' understanding and motivation to learn and offers engaging, interactive, and adaptable learning options to meet their needs.
