ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENGELOLAAN KEGIATAN KKN, PLP, DAN MAGANG UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH MUARA BUNGO

Abstract

Community Service Programs (KKN), School Field Introductions (PLP), and Internships are essential components of the learning process for students at Muhammadiyah University of Muara Bungo. Currently, managing these programs faces various challenges, such as incomplete administrative processes, suboptimal participant data collection, and limited access to information for both students and administrators. This study aims to analyze the needs of an information system for managing KKN, PLP, and Internship activities as a basis for developing an integrated, effective, and efficient system. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study are expected to be able to produce a system requirements document that includes functional and non-functional requirements, so that it can be a reference in the design and development of an information system for managing KKN, PLP, and Internship activities at Muhammadiyah University of Muara Bungo.Keywords : Needed sistem analysis, Information System, KKN, PLP, Magang.
