To support the sustainability of publication and effective journal management, Luminance: English Language & Literary Inquiry (LUMEN) applies the following Article Processing Charge (APC) policy:

Submission Fee: Free – Authors are not charged any fee when submitting a manuscript.
Article Processing Charge (APC): IDR 150,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah) – Payable only if the article is accepted for publication.

The APC is used to cover editorial management, peer-review administration, electronic publishing system maintenance, digital archiving, and open access provision, ensuring that all published articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide.

Detailed payment instructions will be provided to authors after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication.
